Cenacle Condition-based Maintenance solution allows one to estimate costly-breakdowns by predicting the remaining-useful-life of assets in real-time.

Problem: Customer needed to predict the RUL (Remaining useful Life) of a highspeed train brake system in real-time based on the real-world operating conditions.

Methodology: Cenacle built a predictive maintenance platform with Real-time monitoring of sensor data and Telematics with below features:

  1. Failure rate estimated based on the data captured from sensors
  2. What-if analysis done for design comparison on real-time working conditions

Results: A software platform that estimates the RUL in real-time based on the operating conditions, avoiding costly breakdowns
